I got the product and it was fine overall, though I can’t remember if it showed up earlier than expected or if I had the date mixed up. Either way, the item itself wasn’t damaged, but the packaging felt a little cheap for the price. The lid looked a bit messy too, like it hadn’t been finished very carefully. Not a terrible experience, just not as nice-looking as I thought it would be...

I found what I needed easily, but the checkout page literally took a little while to load for me

I tried using the site and, wow, it really made me work for it. Pages loaded slowly, the menus weren’t very clear, and somehow I kept ending up back where I started while looking for basic things. Checkout was not exactly a smooth journey either. After a while, I just gave up, because apparently buying something online needed to become a full-time project.

I got exactly what I ordered, so that part was totally fine. I’m just hoping the compensation gets sorted out soon, because I’m still expecting some follow-up on that.

They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but they did help me out in the end so it was alright

I got this for my kids and some of the bath items were definitely fun, but a couple of the scents were way too strong for my youngest. The website was easy to use, so no real complaints there. My main issue is that it wasn’t super clear who actually owns or runs the brand, which always makes me a bit unsure about what I’m buying

I’ve been using it and, it works fine — no question about that. But it definitely feels a bit cheap in the hand. Like, I’m 100% sure it’ll do the job, but I’m also 100% sure nobody’s going to mistake it for something high-end

I like that there are so many scents to choose from, and most of the ones I tried smelled really good. i do wish a few of them lasted longer, because it feels only fair that a nice scent should stick around a bit. Overall though, I had a good experience and would try more

The bath was awful — not relaxing at all. I was expecting something much better, but it just ended up being a disappointing experience.

I tried a couple bath products from The Village Company, and they were nicer on my skin than I expected. My skin gets dry and itchy easily, especially after a bath, but this didn’t really do that whole tight, uncomfortable thing afterward.

I’m giving it 4 stars because that one scent was a bit stronger than I usually like, but the rest of it was fine and felt easy to use. I’d probably pick it up again, maybe just not that same one.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing bubble bath, but the bubbles barely showed up and disappeared way too fast. I added some, got in, and within a few minutes it just felt like a regular bath. Kind of disappointing.

I’ve been using this body wash for about a week, and it’s not bad. The scent is nice and mild, which I liked, and it lathers enough to feel like it’s doing the job. My skin felt clean after using it, so on that front, no real complaints.

I kept checking the tracking, but it barely moved for days, and when I tried to get a better idea of what was going on, I kind of felt like I was being passed around instead of getting a clear answer. The order itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the wait was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something soon

This return has been way more frustrating than it needed to be. I sent everything back and now I’m just sitting here still waiting for my refund with no clear update. Like, why does it take this long to give people their money back? Not happy with the whole experience at all.

I mean, I trust the brand enough to give it a shot, so there’s that. It hasn’t done anything terrible, which is always nice, but I’m not exactly blown away either. Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe it’s just kind of average. We’ll see.
